We are now able to process all orders. Due to social distancing safety measures, we are operating with a limited staff, so there may be some delay.
Our Customer Service department is working remotely, and will send email notifications after orders have shipped. They will also be able to respond by phone or email to answer any questions you may have.
An Additional 14 Day Delay
The city of Nashville has issued a "stay-at-home" mandate for non-essential businesses effective as of March 23. This will stay in effect for a minimum of 14 days, but as with anything related to COVID-19, this could be extended.
This has a mixed effect on Corporate Clothier. While our function of product distribution is considered essential, the process of embroidery or decoration is considered non-essential.
Additionally, we are operating with a reduced staff for two reasons. 1) Social distancing is incredibly important for safety, so we are staggering staff. 2) Not all of our employees feel safe coming into work at this time, and we respect their concerns. The employees that do come in are doing so on a voluntary basis.
What does this mean?
Corporate Clothier has In-Stock items that are already decorated and ready to ship. These items will be fulfilled on a best effort basis with the staff we have available, but may have an additional delay.
We also have items labeled Embroidery Delay which have yet to be decorated. We will not be able to process these items until after the mandate is lifted.
Customer Service is here to help.
Our Customer Service department will remain fully operational during this time, so please contact us if you need help.
We are currently contacting anyone with open orders. If you place a new order, we will send an email with an estimated ETA. However, at this time, we recommend only ordering those items listed as In-Stock.
Corporate Clothier has been blessed that none of our employees have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, and are grateful to service the SCI store. While we must work to ensure the safety of our employees and follow any applicable government guidelines, we will continue to do everything within our ability to be accessible to you.
We also hope you take the best safety measures for yourself, your family, and your community.
